Trying on your MENA design:
Use underwear when trying on your MENA design for the first time. If you wish to return a piece, please make sure your swimwear is not stained or dirty, damaged, with deodorant streaks, with a musty smell or similar undesirable conditions. We won’t make any exceptions under any of these states.
In case we receive pieces in these states: stained or dirty, damaged, with deodorant streaks, with a musty smell or similar undesirable conditions, the product will be returned and you will be responsible for return costs. Our best intention is to make sure your design is treated optimally to guarantee our customers satisfaction. For the designs proper care, we recommend you read the TIPS that appear on the MENA BOX. Delivery in Panama
This statement applies only for deliveries in Panama City and Central Provinces, Panama.
Our products are delivered in 3-5 available days after the purchase has been made. After you have purchased your design a delivery schedule will be assigned to you. You must specify in detail your address on the form. MENA Swimwear won´t account responsibility if the delivery is not done for causes attributable to the purchaser.
OOPPPS! It’s not my size!:
If upon receiving your swimsuit you feel it doesn’t fit right, you must contact us within 3 days after the delivery has been made so we can coordinate the delivery of a swimsuit of the right size. When receiving the new swimsuit, you must return the wrong sized swimsuit in optimal conditions (see our terms and conditions on this page). If you wish to, you can change your returned swimsuit for another design of the same price. This service applies only for one return and you must cover the delivery costs.
100% MENA Satisfaction!
If for any reason you are not a 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can contact us within 3 of receiving your swimsuit to coordinate your return. You must return your swimsuit in optimal conditions (see our terms and conditions on this page). We don't refund. (No changes or returns are made in discounts and promotions)
General Terms and Returns.
Our goal is to make you happy with our products. If your order is PRE ORDER, production takes 3 - 7 business days and your MENA BOX will arrive at your destination 3 to 5 business days. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your pieces and change them for another size or design. Returns must be made within 5-10 days after the delivery has been made.
Returned products must not be worn or stained and must have all product tags and hygiene protectors –it must be under the same conditions as received, including its original packaging.
It’s important to us that in your return request you send pictures of the swimsuit and the reason of your request to our email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Return shipping cost will be covered by the buyer. We won´t be held responsible for loses or damages made during return shipping. All products returned after the 3 day period after the initial delivery has been made, will be returned to the client who will be charged with the shipping fare.
If we receive a piece that doesn’t meet the state and conditions listed above, it will be returned under the purchaser responsibility.
MENA Swimwear reserves the right to deny returns and changes to clients who, in our opinion, make excessive returns and changes. If you don’t meet all requirements made, the product will be returned under the purchaser’s responsibility. (No changes or returns are made in discounts and promotions)
